1. Introduction & Purpose
At Sepivi, we take our ethical responsibilities seriously. This statement is made in accordance with section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
It sets out the steps we have taken, and will continue to take, to ensure that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or other exploitative practices are not taking place in our business or supply chains.
We expect high standards of integrity, fairness, and accountability from all those we work with.
2. Our Structure, Business & Supply Chains
- About us: Sepivi Limited is registered in England & Wales (No. 15356173), with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
- Business activities: Consultancy, security and privacy advisory, training, managed services, and technology support.
- Supply chain: UK and international suppliers including IT/cloud providers, professional services, training content providers, facilities, and software vendors.
3. Risks of Modern Slavery
Risks may arise where:
- Suppliers operate in regions with weaker labour laws;
- Labour subcontracting is common;
- There is limited visibility beyond tier-1 suppliers;
- Facilities or logistics services are involved.
While Sepivi itself is a low labour-risk consultancy business, we remain vigilant across our supply chain.
4. Policies & Standards of Conduct
- Code of Conduct: Prohibits forced labour, trafficking, and exploitation.
- Supplier requirements: Contractual obligations to meet anti-slavery standards.
- Whistleblowing: Confidential reporting channels for concerns.
- Due diligence: Risk-based supplier onboarding and review.
- Training: Ongoing awareness for staff and leadership.
5. Due Diligence
- Supplier screening and documentation;
- Ongoing reviews and assessments;
- Contractual audit rights;
- Corrective or termination actions where required.
6. Monitoring & Effectiveness
- Supplier assessment volumes;
- Compliance confirmations;
- Incident reporting and resolution;
- Training completion;
- Policy and contract improvements.
This statement is reviewed annually by senior management.
